1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through alamm.se. By placing an order, you accept these terms. ALAMM is operated by Adam Svensson (hereinafter referred to as "I" or "ALAMM").

2. Products

All ceramic products at ALAMM are handmade and unique. This means that each product may have small variations in size, color, and shape compared to product images. These natural variations are part of the product's charm and character.

I reserve the right for any printing errors in prices and product descriptions. If an obvious error has occurred, I will contact you before processing your order.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. Shipping costs are added according to current shipping rates at checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders over 1500 SEK.

4. Order and Payment

When you make a purchase on alamm.se, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This is confirmation that I have received your order. An agreement between you and ALAMM takes effect when I send a delivery confirmation to the email address you provided.

Payment is made via Stripe with card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is charged immediately at purchase. All payment information is handled securely via Stripe and is never stored on my servers.

5. Delivery

I aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days from when the order is placed. Delivery time is then 2-5 business days within Sweden depending on carrier and destination.

I currently ship within Sweden, Nordic countries, and Europe. For deliveries outside Sweden, customs and import fees may apply, which are paid by the customer.

Upon delivery, someone must be home to receive the package. If no one is home, a notice is left and the package can be picked up at the nearest pickup location.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact me at order@alamm.se with your order number.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. I recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once I have received and approved your return, I will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping cost) within 14 days to the same payment method used at purchase.

7. Complaints

If you have received damaged or incorrect goods, contact me immediately at order@alamm.se with photos of the damage and your order number. I will replace or refund incorrect products.

Please note that natural variations in handmade ceramics (color shifts, small irregularities) do not count as defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

ALAMM is not responsible for indirect damages or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the products. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Personal Data

I process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and my privacy policy. Your information is used only to process your order and communicate with you about your order.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on alamm.se, including texts, images, logos and design, is owned by ALAMM and protected by copyright law. The content may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

11. Disputes

In case of disputes, a settlement between the parties should first be sought. If an agreement cannot be reached, you as a consumer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for mediation.
